Refund policy

At ARICA™, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair, transparent, and enforceable business practices. This policy governs all orders placed on our website and applies without exception unless explicitly stated otherwise.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.


1. Order Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our facility.

  2. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

1.2 Cancellation Rejection

ARICA™ reserves the right to refuse or reject cancellation requests if:

  1. The order has already been processed or dispatched
  2. The request is incomplete, unclear, or delayed
  3. There is suspected misuse or abuse of the cancellation facility

2. Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (herbal powders, wellness products, consumables), returns are strictly not accepted, except in the limited circumstances outlined below.

2.1 Eligible Return Scenarios

A return request may be considered only if:

  1. The product received is damaged during transit, or
  2. The product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered)

2.2 Mandatory Conditions for Return Approval

To be eligible for consideration:

  1. The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Clear unboxing video and photographs must be provided
  3. The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  4. The request must be approved by ARICA™ after internal verification

Failure to meet any one of the above conditions will result in rejection of the return request.


3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only after return approval, inspection, and confirmation by ARICA™.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued strictly at the discretion of ARICA™ based on internal assessment.

3.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  1. Change of mind or personal preference
  2. Perceived lack of results or effectiveness
  3. Delay caused by courier partners beyond reasonable control
  4. Incorrect address provided by the customer
  5. Failure to follow usage instructions
  6. Minor packaging variations that do not affect product integrity

3.3 Refund Mode & Timeline

  1. Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment only
  2. Processing time: 7–14 business days after approval
  3. ARICA™ is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party providers

4. Replacement Policy

In cases where a return is approved, ARICA™ may, at its sole discretion:

  1. Issue a replacement, or
  2. Provide a refund, or
  3. Offer a store credit

The decision will be final and binding.


5. No Guarantee of Results

All ARICA™ products are wellness and traditional herbal products.
Results may vary from person to person, and no refunds will be issued based on:

  1. Individual response
  2. Perceived lack of benefit
  3. Expectations not being met

6. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

ARICA™ reserves the right to:

  1. Reject future orders
  2. Deny refunds or returns
  3. Take appropriate legal action

in cases of suspected fraud, repeated abuse, false claims, or policy manipulation.


7. Policy Modification Rights

ARICA™ reserves the unrestricted right to:

  1. Modify, amend, or update this policy at any time
  2. Apply revised policies to future orders without prior notice

It is the customer’s responsibility to review this policy before placing an order.


8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in the region of the organisation.
