- Processing does not imply dispatch on the same day.
- ARICA™ reserves the right to delay, split, or cancel orders at its sole discretion due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship within India only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Shipping availability may vary based on serviceable pin codes and courier partner coverage.
- ARICA™ reserves the right to restrict or refuse shipping to certain locations without prior notice.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Estimated delivery timelines, if mentioned, are approximate and non-binding and within the range of 3-7 days.
- Actual delivery time may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, Courier delay, Weather conditions, Regulatory inspections, Force majeure events and Local delivery restrictions.
ARICA™ shall not be held liable for delays once the order has been handed over to the courier partner.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
- ARICA™ reserves the right to revise shipping fees at any time without prior notice.
5. Dispatch & Tracking
- Once dispatched, shipment tracking details may be shared via email or SMS, where available.
- Tracking updates are provided by third-party courier partners and are subject to their systems and accuracy.
- ARICA™ is not responsible for incorrect or delayed tracking information.
6. Delivery Responsibility
- Delivery is deemed complete once the order is marked as delivered by the courier partner.
- ARICA™ is not responsible for, Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability, Delays caused by re-routing or re-delivery, Orders marked as delivered but claimed as non-received.
7. Damaged or Missing Packages
- Any issues related to damaged, tampered, or missing packages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Customers must provide an unboxing video and clear photos of the package and the product.
- Claims raised after this period or without required evidence may not be considered.
8. Force Majeure
ARICA™ shall not be liable for failure or delay in delivery due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or logistical disruptions.
9. Policy Modifications
ARICA™ reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
